Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a strategic FP&A leader to drive forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning across global entities. This role partners with Commercial, Product, and Operations to enable profitable growth and disciplined execution.

You will own KPIs, financial models, and quarterly close processes while collaborating with Dover Digital and Dover Corporate to align with global governance and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience including FP&A, business partnering, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for multiple entities.
• Develop actionable insights and performance management through KPIs and dashboards.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and IT to support profitable growth and resource allocation.
• Drive governance, financial policy alignment, and quarterly close activities.
