Job summary

Ranpak, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, seeks a Sr. Manager of FP&A to lead global forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

This role partners with business leaders to drive performance, implement rolling forecasts, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in corporate finance with strong modeling skills, P&L and cash flow expertise, and proficiency in Hyperion or comparable FP&A tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads global forecasting and planning.
• Owns development of near- and long-range forecasts.
• Manages annual budgeting process and rolling forecast.
• Delivers financial analysis including pricing, volume, expense trends, and profitability.
• Partners with global stakeholders for effective financial reporting and controls.
