Job summary

Systech International is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to translate business strategy into robust financial plans and performance insights. You will lead forecasting, AOP, and long-range planning while partnering with Product, Commercial, Accounting, and ERP teams to drive profitable growth.

The role requires 12+ years in finance leadership, strong modeling and strategic thinking, and experience with global operations. MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience including FP&A, business partnering, and performance management in a global organization.
• Experience forecasting, AOP, strategic planning, and performance management processes.
• Experience with software/SaaS/industrial technology/ manufacturing or tech-enabled businesses preferred.
• Experience with buy-side M&A, due diligence, financial modeling, and company valuation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across the company.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Engineering to support growth and resource allocation.
• Provide executive and board-level analyses and performance updates.
• Develop forward-looking insights and scenarios to support decision-making in a dynamic environment.
