Repligen Corp seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and partner with leaders across the organization. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, support forecasts, and influence growth and profitability.

The role exposes you to senior leadership and spans corporate FP&A, reporting, and planning. A fast-paced environment requires collaboration across regions and functions, with emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
• Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Experience in a global, public, multi-site manufacturing, life sciences, bioprocessing, medical technology, or similarly complex environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power tools.
• Specific applications and proficiency expectations should be confirmed before external posting.
• Experience leading finance process improvement, automation, standardization, or transformation initiatives.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional credential.

Responsabilidades

• Support assigned elements of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Assist with the global consolidation and validation of forecasts, including quarterly performance analysis and related management insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, key performance indicators and other priority business questions.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of all financial data.
• Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into strategic recommendations; provide financial planning and analytical support to corporate G&A functions.
• Build trusted partnerships across Business Unit Finance, Operations Finance, R&D, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and key metrics.
• Provide timely analysis for strategic initiatives, margin expansion and other evolving business needs.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, continuous improvements, and scalable reporting enhancements.
• Maintain strong financial discipline, review controls, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
