Repligen Corporation in Massachusetts seeks a Strategy Analyst/Associate to back the annual Strategic Planning process and inorganic initiatives across bioprocessing units worldwide. You will conduct market analyses, build financial models, and prepare strategic options for senior leaders.

The role involves collaboration with R&D, commercial, and operations teams, plus primary and secondary research to inform growth opportunities and risk assessment. Remote work will be considered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience in pharma, medical devices, life sciences tools, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Experience with primary and secondary market research including competitive intelligence and market intelligence.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; AI proficiency highly desirable.
