Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own key reporting, forecasting, and analysis across a global business. You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Accounting to drive performance and accountability.

You will build financial models, support monthly closes, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership decisions. This role offers broad exposure to international markets and strategic planning processes.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant Finance experience, preferably in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance.
Strong financial and analytical skills, incl. forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools; SAP, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, Cognos or similar.
Strong communication and business partnering skills to translate analysis into insights across functions.

Responsibilities

Own key financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis with accurate, timely information.
Analyze performance against forecast and plan to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with Commercial and Operations to understand revenue, profitability, expenses, and pacing.
