Job summary

You will partner with product management, supply chain, and operations to influence financial goals and deliver actionable insights. The role requires 3–5 years in finance within a large, global company, strong Excel modeling skills, and familiarity with PowerBI and Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of business and finance experience in a large global company.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI and Hyperion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecast process for the Industrial business, driving accuracy across monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Partner with Product Management and Supply Chain to translate operational realities into revenue forecasts.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary for leadership.
• Present financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build business-case models for investments and launches.
• Develop deal models aligning with margin and growth objectives.
• Support global pricing strategy, governance, and site-costing validation with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist data integration and reporting through ERP transitions during integration.
