Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in the BioProduction Group. You will provide strategic financial support, insights, and analytics to drive commercial success for key accounts across multiple divisions.

The role reports to the Director of Commercial Finance and offers high-visibility, global impact and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include leading monthly/quarterly reviews, partnering with sales leadership, and guiding STRAP planning and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven FP&A or commercial finance experience in a large multinational company.
• Successfully led multiple cross-functional finance projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial financial support and insights across BioProduction Group's key account portfolio and commercial organization.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with regional directors and key account leaders.
• Transform and scale the Group Commercial function across divisions through influencing and process improvements.
• Support forecasting and planning with Commercial leadership, Marketing and sales structures.
• Collaborate with Global Finance and Commercial teams in AMER, EMEA, APJ and China.
