Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks an International & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role is the primary technical and administrative contact for complex international taskings and Security Cooperation efforts.

The position requires an active Secret clearance and 3–10 years of DoD financial experience. You will support planning, evaluation, and financial management, coordinating with interagency partners and managing FMS cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 10 years of financial experience in the DoD environment.
• Preferred fields: Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Task & Workflow Management: Monitor and coordinate tasks within ETMS2 to ensure mission compliance.
• Interagency Liaison: Serve as the primary POC for international and FMS actions from external DoD entities.
• Case Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with PMs to develop and maintain end-to-end FMS case ownership.
• Foreign Disclosure Coordination: Work with FDO to process visit requests and coordinate disclosure reviews.
• Strategic Process Improvement: Participate in cross-functional groups to standardize Security Cooperation processes.
