Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks an International & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role serves as the primary technical and administrative contact for complex international taskings and Security Cooperation efforts, ensuring strict adherence to foreign disclosure policy.

Responsibilities include coordinating ETMS2 task flow, interagency liaison, end-to-end FMS case ownership, and SAPBR cycle support, with data systems management for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• Preferred Fields: Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting.
• Experience: 3 to 10 years of financial experience working within the DOD environment.

Responsibilities

• Task & Work Flow Management: Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate organizational tasks within the ETMS2 to achieve total mission compliance.
• Interagency Liaison: Serve as the principal POC for all international and FMS actions from external DoD entities.
• Case Lifecycle Management: Develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end program ownership of FMS cases with PMs.
• Foreign Disclosure Coordination: Coordinate disclosures with the Foreign Disclosure Officer and Visit Authorization Request system.
• Strategic Process Improvement: Define and implement enterprise-wide Security Cooperation processes and business practices.
• Financial & Program Support: Provide analytical support to financial leadership during the SAPBR cycle.
• Data Systems Management: Maintain and optimize FMS case tracking mechanisms for leadership reporting.
