Job summary

HRB in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Journeyman-level candidate to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. You will assist Case Managers and Program Managers in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework under AECA, FAA, SAMM, ITAR policies and DoD Acquisition guidance.

The role requires 3–10 years of experience, including 2+ years in FMS or related technical efforts, strong proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and related tools, and US citizenship with an active Secret

Qualifications

• Journeyman 3-10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• At least three (3) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; include two (2) years in FMS technical efforts for major weapon systems development.
• Experience in AECA, FAA, SAMM (DOD 5105.38-M) knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the efforts of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
• Assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework per AECA, SAMM, ITAR and DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
