Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Global International Flight Planner in Cleveland, OH to coordinate international flights for the US fleet. You will file, update, and monitor flight plans, manage permits, slots, and ground handling, and ensure regulatory compliance across ICAO rules.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and sharp attention to detail in a dynamic schedule. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of FAR Parts, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Dispatch License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international flight planning and logistics for Flexjet US fleet.
• File, update, and monitor international flight plans per ICAO regulations.
• Arrange permits, slots, PPRs, fuel releases, and ground handling.
• Ensure compliance with entry/visa requirements for destination countries.
• Provide comprehensive trip briefings and communicate changes to internal teams.
• Assist with customs, immigration, and crew visa processes as needed.
• Research weather/global events and adapt plans for safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate crew transportation and passenger-related ground services.
