Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking an International Trip Planner to review, plan, and execute logistics for international flights.

You will coordinate ground handling, permits, fuel, visas, and crew documents while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely communications with internal teams. The role requires 2–4 years in international flight operations, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in international flight operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for international flights.

Responsibilities

• Review international flights and propose alternative plans to mitigate issues.
• Plan and monitor international handling, fuel, permits, visas, and crew documents.
• Provide trip cost estimates for international bookings.
• Monitor daily flight activities and provide timely updates to customs and handlers.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations; document deviations.
• Other duties as assigned.
