Princess Cruises and Holland America Line seeks a Fleet Traveling Manager, Lighting & Video to lead lighting, video, projection and show control across the fleet. You will work with shipboard and shoreside teams, ensure design intent, and oversee new productions and installations.

This global role demands travel and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in live entertainment on ships, expertise in MA2/MA3 programming, lighting design and video systems,

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of cruise ship or live entertainment experience.
• Proven ability to lead lighting and video projects across venues.
• Strong training and team-mentoring capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as fleetwide technical lead for lighting, video, projection, and show control.
• Review productions and maintenance to preserve design intent and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, shipboard teams and engineers on upgrades.
• Train shipboard staff on consoles, media servers and networking.
