Job summary

Princess Cruises seeks a Fleet Manager, Broadcast and Media to oversee technical and creative broadcast support for shipboard and shoreside operations. You will train staff in equipment use, coordinate with Entertainment to maintain high production value for Guest and Teammates TV.

The role includes budget oversight, schedules, and vendor content management, coaching Broadcast Managers and Operators, and contributing to shipboard TV content and new entertainment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert knowledge and ability to lead diversified teams in broadcast.
• Ability to drive strategic discussions and collaborate with external clients and partners to produce and support mutually beneficial content-related business initiatives.
• Excellent project management and producing skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze budgets, schedules and broadcast production plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, production, and special project support for shipboard and shoreside operations.
• Train others in the technical and creative uses of broadcast equipment.
• Support the Entertainment team for technical and creative purposes, including dry docks and new builds.
• Coordinate with theater teams to maintain broadcast equipment in alternative entertainment spaces.
• Direct, coach, and evaluate Broadcast Managers and Operators; promote development of staff.
• Manage budgets, expenses, revenue targets, and records pertaining to broadcasts and content.
• Create and distribute updated video content for onboard programming and TV content using approved assets.
