Job summary

ADM is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accounting COE Lead to join the North America HQ RTR team. You will establish and lead a large, global matrixed team handling Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting, month-end close, CIP monitoring and balance sheet reconciliations across regions and business segments.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and delivering accurate financial reporting with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 12+ years in RTR/Fixed Assets
• Minimum 7 years of Fixed Assets accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience leading global teams
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, SOX and internal controls frameworks
• Ability to adapt to rapid business and tech changes
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to implement changes
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in complex organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead global Fixed Assets operations including capitalization, disposals, transfers, CIP aging and monitoring, lease accounting, month-end close and reconciliations.
• Define and maintain process documentation; ensure SOX controls are executed and auditable.
• Develop KPIs for Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting and drive improvements.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
• Drive standardization, simplification and automation of end-to-end Fixed Assets processes.
• Build and coach a high-performing team with clear career growth paths.
