Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager Consultant to lead a global Lease & Fixed Asset initiative, focusing on lease accounting, asset management, financial reporting, and process improvements. The role supports a fast-paced project with cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidate has strong U.S. GAAP, SOX, and Excel skills, plus experience with SAP S/4, CoStar, and SAC in a global finance environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level accounting with lease, fixed asset, and financial reporting experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and SOX knowledge.
• Experience with SAP S/4, CoStar, SAC and Excel.
• Experience with global finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and transition of the global Lease & Fixed Asset COE, including schedules, journal entries, depreciation, asset disposals, reconciliations, and related activities.
• Manage and review lease accounting processes in CoStar, partnering with Legal, Real Estate, FP&A, AP, and providers to ensure accurate lease data and reporting.
• Support fixed asset accounting and month-end close, including capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, impairments, and asset roll forwards.
• Review complex lease and capex transactions for proper U.S. GAAP treatment and assist with reporting, controls, and audits.
• Assist with process improvement and finance transformation, including SOPs, global controls, automation, and shared services transition.
