Job summary

VelaFi is seeking a Content & Growth Lead to build and scale a global, data-driven content program across Latin America, the U.S., and Asia. You will directly craft or edit high-stakes content and shape editorial strategy to drive demand, pipeline, and measurable growth.

This hands-on role requires exceptional writing, strategic thinking, and the ability to own the full content lifecycle, from insights to distribution, while leveraging AI responsibly and ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, organic growth, or related field with measurable results.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese or Mandarin a plus; global content for cross-border audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own global content and organic growth strategy across LATAM, US, and Asia.
• Build AI- and agent-assisted workflows for research, creation, editing, localization, and distribution with human gates.
