• 5–10+ years in growth and content marketing.
• Owned full content-to-acquisition funnel.
• Built and scaled a growth engine with measurable results.
• Strong editorial and creative judgment for finance content.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit and creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Turn research into content across platforms and manage creators/advisors/UGC partners.
• Identify, contract, and manage US finance creators and partners for collaborations.
• Own paid social and performance marketing funnel with CPA targets.
• Build the first repeatable US GTM playbook documented for scale.
• Lead audience launch strategy for diaspora and broader US retail.
• Define brand voice; ensure FINRA/SEC marketing compliance.
