Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Manager, Global Financial Reporting in the United States. You will oversee quarterly and annual financial statements, disclosures, and regulatory filings while supporting complex reporting needs and internal controls.

You will collaborate with Finance, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate reporting and drive automation to streamline close cycles. CPA certification and 7+ years in public-company reporting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license is required; Big Four experience preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting for a public company.
• Hands-on experience with Form 10-K and 10-Q, SEC reporting, and US GAAP.
• Familiarity with Workiva or ActiveDisclosure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end preparation of quarterly Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K with complex footnotes.
• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements and disclosures for global/regulatory reporting.
• Monitor SEC/regulatory developments and update accounting policies accordingly.
• Support monthly/quarterly close processes with accelerated timelines.
• Provide guidance on US GAAP across global subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with external auditors on deliverables and timelines.
• Strengthen internal controls and document RCM processes.
• Drive process improvement and automation of reporting workflows.
