Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to strengthen the corporate accounting and reporting function. This highly visible role oversees consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and international operations, ensuring compliance with U.S.

GAAP and robust disclosures. You will partner with global finance teams to standardize close processes, support external audits, and drive continuous improvements in reporting accuracy and internal controls,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and complex accounting guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare and review audited financial statement disclosures (revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, consolidations, debt, related-party transactions, segment reporting).
• Coordinate the external audit process and serve as primary contact for auditors.
• Research technical accounting issues and prepare memoranda for significant transactions.
• Partner with global accounting/finance teams to standardize close procedures and intercompany accounting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for reporting accuracy and internal controls.
