Job summary

CFS in Orlando is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to lead consolidated financial statements under US GAAP across multiple entities and international operations. The role partners with leadership to strengthen corporate accounting, improve close processes, and uphold strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred, and progressive experience in technical accounting and audits, with strong analytical and communicative abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Progressive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting.
• Experience coordinating external audits and working with audit firms.
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and multi-entity reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under US GAAP.
• Prepare audited disclosures for revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, consolidations, debt, related-party transactions, and segment reporting.
• Coordinate external audits as primary point of contact with auditors and manage audit requests.
• Research technical accounting issues and draft memoranda for significant transactions.
• Partner with global accounting teams to standardize close procedures and intercompany accounting.
• Drive continuous improvement to reporting accuracy, efficiency and internal controls.
