Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee monthly close for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy of financial statements and executive reporting packages. The role partners with Finance leadership and reports to the Financial Reporting Controller from our Hanover, MD office.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, and prior supervisory experience. Proficiency with GAAP and key ERP/FP&A tools is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years accounting/finance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close for multiple countries and currencies.
• Review Executive Financial Reporting Packages for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports such as department financial statements and labor reporting.
• Participate in annual budget process and coordinate with leadership.
• Collaborate across org to analyze budgets and provide detailed financial analysis.
• Analyze financial information at multiple organizational levels.
• Manage, develop, and evaluate Financial Analysts.
