Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee monthly statements, global subsidiaries and US GAAP compliance. This high-visibility role partners with international accounting teams and external auditors to deliver accurate financial information.

You'll lead variance analysis, implement internal controls, and coordinate audit processes while working in a flexible home-office setting with a strong emphasis on integrity, ethics, and timely close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing footnote disclosures or working as an auditor.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial statements for bank and management reporting.
• Assist in technical accounting issues and related whitepapers.
• Oversee audited annual financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
• Coordinate with international subsidiaries for timely, accurate close.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Develop internal controls and drive process improvements.
