ŌURA is seeking a Manager, Global Financial Reporting to strengthen and scale our financial reporting function. The role supports high-quality statements, disclosures, and public-company readiness while collaborating across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a CPA, 7+ years of public-company reporting experience, and strong SEC/GAAP expertise. This remote-friendly role offers regional pay bands and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CPA license required; Big-4 experience preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive financial reporting at a public company.
• Strong knowledge of SEC rules and U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual financial statements (10-Q/10-K) including footnotes and MD&A.
• Prepare consolidated and standalone statements for global/regulatory reporting.
• Monitor SEC regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Support monthly/quarterly close with timely reporting.
• Ensure consistent application of US GAAP across subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit deliverables.
• Drive ICFR monitoring and control-gap remediation.
• Document reporting processes and support 8-Ks/Proxy filings.
• Enhance automation and standardization in reporting workflows.
