Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the monthly close and consolidation of financials across multiple countries. You will coordinate with EMEA counterparts and senior leaders to prepare executive reporting packages and the annual budget.

The role requires GAAP proficiency, 5+ years in accounting/finance, and prior supervisory experience. A strong analytics mindset and advanced Excel skills are essential in this in-office position in Hanover, MD.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with PeopleSoft/Fusion Cloud/Oracle EPM/Hyperion is a plus.
• Understanding of GAAP and its impact on financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close for multiple countries and currencies.
• Review Executive Financial Reporting Packages for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports and implement new reporting as needed.
• Participate in annual budget process and manage team inputs.
• Collaborate with Directors and Regional Controllers for detailed analysis.
• Analyze financial information at multiple organizational levels and develop teams.
