Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions seeks a Process Owner, Finance to lead the enterprise SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation and establish governance, performance, and continuous improvement across finance processes.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Process Performance & Governance and works with business leaders, Global Services, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment and ongoing governance of global finance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning, transforming, or governing enterprise business processes in a complex, multi-division environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled operating models, data structures, controls, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical process standards, governance frameworks, and tech-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive standardization across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and improve enterprise finance process standards, policies, controls, and procedures.
• Serve as the authoritative business owner for R2R and P2R process design and governance.
• Partner with peers to manage interdependencies and drive enterprise-wide alignment.
• Establish governance routines, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Drive relationships across divisions, regions, and Global Services to support process ownership and adoption.
