Job summary

Toasttab is seeking a highly analytical Global Procure to Pay Process Manager to own and run the P2P lifecycle. You will manage a two-person team, govern processes for compliance and risk, and drive frictionless procurement workflows while evaluating new platforms during a critical transition period.

You will serve as the super user for Zip and Navan, align with auditors across SOX, and collaborate with US and global stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in cycle time and user

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, operations, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement process, systems administration, and governance.
• Deep expertise in process governance, controls, compliance reporting, and SOX audits.
• Strong vendor risk management background with risk tiering methodologies.
• Proven track record designing and optimizing complex P2P workflows and queues.

Responsibilities

• Structure and revise P2P workflows and queues to drive efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and improve user experience.
• Own P2P process controls and governance to ensure strict SOX compliance and liaise with auditors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a two-person procurement team.
• Oversee vendor risk management programs including risk tiering and ongoing monitoring.
• Serve as system administrator and super user for procurement tools and platforms.
• Evaluate and migrate to new procurement platforms while integrating into the ERP ecosystem.
• Build relationships with US and global stakeholders to drive change with or without formal authority.
• Develop training materials and run workshops to promote procurement system adoption.
