Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions seeks a Process Owner, Finance to lead the SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation and establish governance for enterprise finance processes. You will design future-state processes, set standards, and drive adoption across divisions, regions, and Global Services.

You will partner with leaders, IT, data stewards, and implementation partners to ensure effective, scalable processes with measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning, transforming, or governing enterprise processes in a complex, multi-division environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled operating models and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical process standards and governance frameworks.
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and resolving process conflicts.
• Analytical, facilitation, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience with finance and project governance processes including Record to Report and Project to Result.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise-level finance process standards, policies, controls, and operating procedures.
• Serve as the authoritative business owner for Record to Report and Project to Result process design and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage process interdependencies and drive enterprise-wide alignment.
• Establish governance routines, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Build relationships across divisions, regions, and Global Services to support adoption.
• Ensure future-state processes are effective and sustainable through collaboration with IT and partners.
