Legora seeks a Senior People Partner to act as a trusted strategic adviser to the CFO and the G&A leadership. You will shape the people agenda for a high-growth finance function across US, Europe, and APAC, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.

You will drive org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and performance calibration while ensuring cross-functional alignment with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Tech.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP or People Partner with high-growth B2B SaaS/enterprise tech experience.
• Trusted advisor to senior finance/operational leadership.
• Broad people agenda: org design, performance, compensation, ER.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda for the finance function globally with CFO and leadership.
• Identify organisational challenges early and map capability gaps.
• Calibrate performance, coach leaders, and maintain high standards.
