Job summary

Staff Financial Group in Norcross, GA is seeking a hands-on Head of Finance & HR to own accounting and financial operations as well as local HR processes within a global corporate structure.

This role partners with executive leadership and the international parent company to deliver accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, provide forward-looking analysis, and support people-management practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership.
• Experience leading accounting, finance operations, and HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own general ledger activity, close processes, and financial reporting.
• Lead treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and payroll accounting.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and capital expenditure ROI analyses.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and coordinate internal/external audits.
• Serve as the local HR partner for recruiting, onboarding and talent development.
