Amazon’s Reverse Logistics Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with operations leaders and drive financial performance across the business. You will build analyses, challenge assumptions, and deliver actionable insights that impact growth and efficiency.

You will own financial reporting for key areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design scalable data processes to ensure accuracy and auditable results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Build financial models and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results.
• Independently align financial and operational analyses with business partners and challenge assumptions when necessary.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to leaders to support operational and growth decisions and action plans.
• Identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and improve tools and processes across teams.
