You will own financial reporting for key areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design scalable data processes to ensure accuracy and auditable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results.
• Independently align financial and operational analyses with business partners and challenge assumptions when necessary.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to leaders to support operational and growth decisions and action plans.
• Identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and improve tools and processes across teams.
