Lenovo is offering the Global Finance Talent Program in North Carolina. The program spans three years with three 12-month rotations across Finance teams, providing hands-on experience in financial analysis, planning, accounting, pricing, and strategy.

You will collaborate with Lenovo leaders globally, receive mentorship and training, and participate in special projects and job shadowing while developing leadership and business skills for future opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by June 2027 in a related field.
• Early-career with two years or less of related corporate experience.
• Located near Morrisville, NC, or willing to relocate.
• Hybrid work schedule: three days in office, two days remote.
• Strong written and verbal communication; English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Complete three 12-month rotations across different Finance teams.
• Analyze financial and business performance and provide insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost management.
• Gain experience in FPA, pricing, accounting, audit, and governance.
