Job summary

Dymax, part of the Bachmann Chemical & Engineering family, is seeking a Global Controller to lead the accounting operations and drive automation across regions. The role partners with CFO, business units, and external auditors to deliver timely, accurate financial results and scalable processes.

You will oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, tax compliance, treasury, and internal controls, while building a high-performing global team and implementing governance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of controllership experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the global record-to-report ecosystem and advance automated accounting.
• Lead accounting operations across GL, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, treasury, and payroll.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial results and balance-sheet insights.
• Standardize and improve global finance processes, policies, controls and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global accounting team.
• Oversee planning processes including annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
