Landis+Gyr AG is seeking a Regional Controller to lead accounting operations for the Americas/Group region. You will manage month-end close, ensure US GAAP compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive best practices.

We seek a strong leader with 8+ years in accounting/finance, US GAAP experience, and ERP SAP expertise. This role offers a competitive package and a path to shape financial governance globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; master's or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting/finance exposure, incl. 3 years in a public company or multinational environment.
• Experience operating in matrixed, multi-country environments.
• Experience with US GAAP and SEC reporting; ERP SAP FI/CO strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual legal entity financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Ensure SEC filing requirements and SOX standards compliance.
• Lead full-cycle accounting processes: GL, accruals, intercompany, fixed assets, leases, and tax provisions.
• Liaise with Shared Service Center for AP, AR, payroll and GL functions.
• Support audits and drive process improvements with internal controls.
