Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Program Manager – Field Technology to lead global technology initiatives for the field service organization. You will connect Field Service, Service Technology, Digital Solutions, IT, Product Management, Engineering, and regional service teams to deliver scalable capabilities that boost productivity, data visibility, and service performance.

This role requires ~25% global travel to support deployments, readiness, and activation of programs across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of program management or transformation experience.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional programs.
• Strong governance, risk, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of global Field Technology programs transforming field service operations.
• Establish strategy, roadmap, milestones, governance, resources, and success metrics.
• Coordinate across Global Services, Technology, IT, Product Management, Engineering, and regions.
• Drive execution across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Develop a Field Technology roadmap aligned to priorities and objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, analytics, mobile apps, digital workflows).
• Lead global deployment strategies and manage regional readiness and adoption.
• Engage with technicians and regional leaders to understand needs and adoption challenges.
• Oversee training, communications, support, and change management; ensure launch criteria and hypercare plans.
