Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, IT, Operations, Project Management, or related).
• 7+ years of experience in program management, technology transformation, field service, or related.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, global, cross-functional programs.
• Willingness to travel globally approximately 25% of the time.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of global Field Technology programs and establish strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics.
• Define future-state field technology capabilities and align with service transformation objectives.
• Oversee global deployments, regional readiness, training, and change management.
• Drive digital experiences for field personnel including connected devices and analytics.
• Establish governance, portfolio dashboards, and executive-level visibility into program health and benefits.
• Develop measurable business outcomes and monitor benefits realization post-deployment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Global Services, IT, Product Mgmt, Engineering, and regional teams.
• Identify strategic initiatives and pilots for AI-enabled, data-driven field capabilities.
