Job summary

DHL Express in the United States is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to coordinate parcel movements by air and ground, supervise ramp and warehouse operations, and ensure compliance with all regulations. You will work closely with US Customs and the Imports clearance team to keep shipments flowing smoothly.

You will lead a unionized workforce of 8–12 staff, hire and develop talent, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and implement improvement projects while maintaining high service levels and cost

Qualifications

• BS/BA with supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Understanding of quality and productivity improvements.
• Budgeting and cost-control knowledge.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of airport ramp and related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies while maintaining service levels.
• Develop and manage relationships with partners and carriers.
• Mentor and supervise 8–12 staff, manage performance.
