Job summary

DHL Express has an immediate career opportunity for a qualified Field Service Supervisor. This PM Supervisor will support 2nd Shift Operations and arrange the movement of parcels by Air and Ground, encompassing international import and export operations.

The role supervises 8-12 staff, coordinates with US Customs and DHL Imports, develops partnerships, manages performance, and contributes to process improvements while ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and safety practices.
• Experience supervising a unionized workforce.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedites daily operational activities to meet client satisfaction and policy.
• Oversees airport ramp operations and cargo handling per regulations.
• Supervises warehouse sort operations for international shipments.
• Monitors flights, communicates network updates, and deploys contingencies.
