Qualifications

• BS/BA and 2 years exp in related field, incl. at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record meeting Driving Privileges standards.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment background, drug, and medical screening.
• Access to secured airport areas and badge eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Expedites daily operational activities to satisfy clients and boost profitability.
• Supervises airport ramp operations and cargo handling per regulations.
• Oversees warehouse sort operations for international shipments.
• Leads back-office staff and monitors flights, network updates, and contingencies.
• Works with US Customs and DHL Imports clearance to ensure proper processing.
• Develops and manages relationships with Business Partners.
• Implements special projects and ensures quality systems.
