The role requires supervisory experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll work closely with partners, manage budgets, and drive improvements in productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Expedites daily activities of all operational functions to meet client satisfaction and company policies.
• Supervises airport ramp operations with cargo handling and carrier coordination.
• Oversees warehouse sort operations for international shipments.
• Manages back office staff, flight monitoring, and network updates.
• Develops relationships with Business Partners and supports special projects.
• Implements quality systems and tracks KPIs and cost levels.
• Assists in annual budget preparation and provides staff guidance.
