Qualifications

• BS/BA and 2+ years' experience in related field, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record meeting standards.
• Must be 18+ years old; excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedites daily operations to satisfy clients and protect profitability.
• Supervises airport ramp operations and cargo handling.
• Oversees warehouse sort operations for international shipments.
• Manages back office staff and monitors flights and network updates.
• Ensures compliance with US Customs and DHL Imports clearance.
• Develops relationships with Business Partners and leads special projects.
