Job summary

Netrio is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support Field Services operations across the U.S. and international regions by coordinating onsite visits, technician schedules, equipment logistics, and third-party resources.

This role partners with Field Services, Customer Success, Help Desk, Escalation Engineering, Project Management, and Engineering teams to ensure onsite requirements are met, tickets are tracked, and projects run smoothly for timely customer delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience coordinating, scheduling, or administering field services or related operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple resources across locations and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Services onsite commitments across U.S. regions and international locations.
• Schedule onsite visits and manage technician and third-party Smart Hands resources.
• Ensure field team has equipment, access information, and documentation before scheduled work.
• Maintain scheduling templates, processes, and workflows for proactive activities.
• Audit tickets and onsite documentation to support invoicing and project closure.
