Job summary

Retail Imaging is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support the FX3 team by managing field service scheduling, coordinating technicians, and executing work orders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet customer expectations.

You will create and manage work orders, recruit and support independent field technicians, monitor progress, communicate updates to customers and internal teams, and identify improvements in scheduling and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service, project coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and business software such as CRM, scheduling, ticketing, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Reliable attendance, dependability, and follow-through.
• Ability to speak, read, understand, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service projects by creating and managing work orders.
• Recruit, assign, and support independent field technicians based on project requirements.
• Monitor work orders and resolve scheduling issues, cancellations, delays, reschedule requests, and other service exceptions.
• Communicate scheduling updates and service issues with customers and internal teams.
• Review completed work orders, approve them for payment, evaluate technician performance, and maintain preferred provider pools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with internal teams to support successful project execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, technician utilization, and service delivery.
• Support new customers, operational initiatives, and additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
