Job summary

Techneeds LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site and in-field support for advanced case-making machinery. You will troubleshoot, install, and service equipment while ensuring optimal performance at client sites.

The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics skills, plus experience with servo drive and motion programming. Expect frequent travel and regular communication with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Field Service experience.
• Engineering degree (AS or BS preferred).
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatics assembly experience.
• Wiring and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Servo drive and motion programming experience (desirable).
• Strong Windows OS skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services at customer sites or in the field.
• Troubleshoot, install, and service industrial equipment to keep machinery running smoothly.
• Travel domestically and internationally to client sites as required.
• Communicate updates and document work performed for customers and internal records.
