Job summary

Biesse is seeking a Field Service Technician in the United States to install, maintain, and support our advanced machinery at customer sites. You will travel 100% of the time, performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics, and providing hands-on training to customer representatives.

Qualifications

• Willingness to Travel 100%.
• Experience with mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery and heavy capital equipment.
• Customer Service – hands-on training to customer representatives on machinery operations and maintenance.
• Technical abilities – analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
• Dependability – on-site service interventions, collaborating with customers to resolve problems efficiently.
• Attention to detail – maintaining detailed service reports for accurate documentation of all service activities.
• Collaboration – building and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and heavy capital equipment on customer sites.
• Provide hands-on training to customer representatives on machinery operations and maintenance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues to maximize machine performance.
• Conduct on-site service interventions and collaborate with customers to resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain detailed service reports documenting all activities and outcomes.
