Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Global Support and Services Technician to join the Global Service & Support team. You will install, commission, operate, and maintain equipment across marine and land-based industries, traveling ~30% domestically and internationally.

The role requires practical engineering education and hands-on expertise, strong safety focus, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Customer training and support activities are integral to the position.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical/industrial tech.
• 3–5 years field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical rep at customer sites; ensure professional service.
• Plan and execute commissioning, startup, maintenance and service activities safely.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical/electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical input to quotations, training, and reports; support sales as needed.
