Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Electric Mechanical Service Technician to work directly with clients and partners across the US, Canada and the Caribbean. This role combines field service, remote diagnostics, and case management to support operations and customer satisfaction, with base salary plus a performance bonus.

You will manage partner agreements, train third-party technicians, oversee parts inventory and logistics, and drive revenue through maintenance contracts and renewals while upholding

Qualifications

3 years of experience in Electric Mechanical Service or related field.
Experience with partner management and KPI tracking.
Ability to lead technical training and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

Manage partner agreements and track KPIs for service performance.
Lead technical training programs for third-party technicians.
Oversee spare parts inventory levels and technical logistics.
Lead client pilot programs from planning through network rollout.
Drive revenue by selling maintenance contracts, extended warranties, and renewals.
Ensure long-term client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
