Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Field Service Technician based in the United States. The role delivers specialized electrical service and maintenance at customer sites, improving reliability, safety, and performance of installations.

This remote-based position involves diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, assembling materials, and training customers when needed.

Formación

• Journeyman license required and related trade education.
• Minimum one year of field service or electrical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of NEC basics and electrical safety standards.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field service activities per orders, standards and safety.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Maintain electrical systems through installation, inspection and repair.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Prepare accurate material lists and ensure parts availability.
• Communicate service schedules and findings clearly to customers.
• Follow electrical codes and internal safety guidelines.
• Provide training to customers and field colleagues when required.
• Support reliable operations through preventive maintenance.
