Job summary

• Experience in field service, global operations, or regional operations roles.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual English and Mandarin with negotiation, facilitation, cross-cultural collaboration, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Align regional execution with global service strategy and customer commitments: coordinate with Corp, GAT, Geo ops, and LRT ROM
• Support workforce planning, resource optimization, and ramp readiness
• Deliver predictable results through operational frameworks: Identify and mitigate operational risks related to coverage and readiness
• Enable cross-regional coordination and best-practices sharing
• Track operational metrics and provide clear updates to leadership
• Support GAT and corporate initiatives, process improvements, and compliance
